To add the image filter, first, you need to click the Scene command in the menu bar.

And then click the Backdrop in the Effects menu.

Next, it will display the Effects dialog box. You need to click the Processing tab and click the Add Image Filter list box. Later, you need to choose the one that you want. You can also click the Edit to modify the Image Filter settings.
