Step 1

To work with volumetric effect, first, click the Scene command in the menu bar.

Then, you need to click the Backdrop in the Effects menu.

Then, it will display the Effects dialog box. Click the Volumetric tab and select the Fog Type. Enter the number in the Min Distance, Max Distance, Min Amount, and Max Amount. You can choose the Fog Color and you can also use the Backdrop Color.
